Products & Pricing

Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. Bulk quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote itself.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment arrangements have been agreed. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, cheque, cash, or an external payment link — OCEL does not process card payments directly through this website.

Delivery

Delivery timelines communicated at the time of order are estimates. OCEL will notify customers of any material delay.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms communicated at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation by a third party, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OCEL's liability for any claim relating to products or services is limited to the value of the relevant order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
